This tool supports use of a Pupil-Centred Education Plan (PCEP) putting pupils at the centre of planning and decisions that affect them by meaningfully involving them and those that know them well.

This Tool will help you to:

  1. Put your pupil at the centre of planning and decisions that affect them by meaningfully involving them and their parent(s) / carer
  2. Provide a record of your pupil’s goals, strengths, skills, their way of learning and how their unique differences can impact their ability to learn
  3. Record adjustments that can be made to the physical, social-emotional and behavioural elements of the learning environment to support learning and development
