Tool 6: My Hopes, Dreams and Aspirations
This resource can be used with pupils to learn more about them and identify what is important to them both now and in the future.
This Tool will help you to:
- Identify and record key information about our autistic pupils
- Adjust support strategies and work towards goals that your pupil finds meaningful
- Use a pupil’s hopes, dreams, aspirations and strengths to inform future Person Centred Planning (PCP)
